24 MonthsMaster of Computer Application (MCA) is a two-year full-time course postgraduate offered by the University of Madras, Chennai, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Eligibility Criteria
1. Candidate who has passed the under-mentioned degree examinations of this University or an examination of another institution recognized by this University as equivalent to provided they have undergone the course under 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 or 11+2+2 pattern, or shall be eligible for admission to the M.C.A. Degree Course.
2. Passed B.C.A / B.Sc. in Computer Science OR any other equivalent degree OR passed B.Sc / B.Com / BA with Mathematics at 10 + 2 level or graduation level (with Optional bridge course). Obtained at least 50% of marks (45 % marks in case of candidates belonging tothe reserved category) in the qualifying examination.
Admission Details
Satisfactory test scores in an approved entrance test such as TANCET for MCA conducted by Anna University or the MCA Entrance Test conducted by the Consortium of Professional Colleges in Tamil Nadu. Admission will be given purely on Merit Basis.
