- Gym
The College gym aids the physical fitness maintenance of the students. It is equipped with all modern equipment. It also helps in easing the mental stress accumulated in the students.
- Library
The College Library collection includes text books ,reference books and manuals of all the streams of physical sciences , life sciences and commerce and management. The library also have General books on Personality development, Language improvement, Competitive examination books, Story books and novels in English, Telugu, Hindhi & Sanakrit languages.
- Sports
The College camps are regularly conducted in games like Table tennis, Volley ball, Basket ball, Athletics, Korf ball, Boxing, Badminton, Chess, Carroms, Soft ball, Cricket and Swimming.
- I.T Infrastructure
The College computer science laboratory has computers installed to cater to the needs of students from various combinations in Physical sciences and commerce. Variety of programmes are administered through our central computer lab facility - academic practicals, career oriented programmes, software certification, student faculty interaction, feedback entries, internet browsing, PC Hardware trouble shooting, Network trouble shooting, and Software exhibitions in addition to competitions and power point presentation preparations.

The college Alumni interaction is encouraged to foster and strengthen the relationship to gain valuable inputs on industry and research trends to motivate the current students.

The college has One air-conditioned auditorium to accommodate 550-600 people.

The college has 26 laboratories in all, 2 Biotechnology, 4 Biochemistry, 4 Microbiology, 2 Genetics, 4 Chemistry, 4 Electronics, 2 Physics for both UG and PG programs.

The college has parking space for 800 vehicles.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

College Infrastructure
Aurora college has very good infrastructure with good facilities like digital class rooms, well equipped laboratories, library, drinking water,ground for playing etc. Each class also has desk benches, enough fans and lights.
Learned valuable skills and built a strong future.

College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure is decent and fulfills most academic requirements. Classrooms, labs, and other facilities are adequate for students. Although the campus supports learning well, a few improvements could make the overall experience even better.

There is no proper infrastructure No proper labs There are no clear and tidy washrooms majorly girls washroom Fans will be not working properly Dustbins will be not cleaned properly Computers will not work properly
