Eligibility Criteria

Convener Quota

Should qualify in GATE or PGECET conducted by TSHEC and pass in B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent Degree recognized by UGC with 50% marks in group subjects taken together in the qualifying examination (45% for reserved category).

Management Quota

A pass in Intermediate or equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry with 45% and above [for OC candidates] with 39.5% and above [for BC/SC/ST candidates] in group subjects or qualify in EAMCET conducted by TSHEC. A pass in B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent Degree recognized by UGC with 50% marks in group subjects taken together in the qualifying examination (45% for reserved category) or qualify in GATE or PGECET conducted by TSHEC.

Spot

A pass in B.Tech/B.E. or equivalent Degree recognized by UGC with 50% marks in group subjects taken together in the qualifying examination (45% for reserved category) or qualify in GATE or PGECET conducted by TSHEC.

Admission Details

(a) Category A seats (70%) are filled by the Convener, PGECET

((b) Category B seats (30%) are filled by the Management as per the guidelines framed by theTSHEC and a notification in this regard will be issued in all leading newspapers.

(c) Spot Admissions are filled with unfilled seats in Convener quota as per the guidelines framed by theTSHEC and a notification in this regard will be issued in all leading newspapers.
