72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Christian Management shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned, a course offered by the Martin Luther Christian University, Shillong.
Eligibility Criteria
a. Master’s degree (MA) in Christian Management or its equivalent postgraduate degree from any recognized university or
b. MTh., with a bridge course in management studies and accepted by the ACTRS of MLCU.
c. MBA or an equivalent degree in management with a bridge course in Biblical and Theological foundations on Christian leadership and stewardship and accepted by the ACTRS of MLCU.
Admission Details
All candidates shall ordinarily be admitted to the Doctoral Programme on the basis of satisfactory performance in the entrance test and interview which shall be held every year in January / July. The exact dates and the mode will be announced in the website of MLCU. The qualifying marks for the entrance test shall be 50%.
