for every successive round of counselling, there is 0-5% (approx.) increase in cutoff which pusses more candidate list into selection criteria who satisfies it to get admission.

So if you know 1st round cutoff then you can increase upto 5% into it to know upcoming round cutoff. There can be 4rth round depending upon seat matrix available else they can do spot counselling. due to current year health crisis, there can be change in rules so keep checking for information and take decision.

You haven't mentioned the course in which you are seeking for admission, however here I'm telling you the basic eligibility criteria to get admission In any UG programme is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognised board, and admission is strictly merit based and based on availability of seats in any of the ug course and merit differs and change every year.

In Goswami Ganesh Dutta S D college  provides BBA courses in the basis of 50% in 12th board examination from any recognized board. Also the placement criteria is good here, companies like Airtel,  Avipa, Dell,  Cipla, Genpact, Google are comes here for placement.

The eligibility criteria for DAV college for bba is completely same like SD college.  Here also the placement records are good.

So basically SD and DAV college both are secured as per the placement criteria.

Both colleges take admission according to merit.
