• The Placement Cell of Dayanand College invites the companies for placement drive by sending an email.
• Companies interested for campus placements contact the cell and a schedule is decided with mutual agreement depending on the availability.
• Students who are interested in the recruitment drive can register and submit their resumes.
• Companies will deliver a pre-placement talk and then shortlist the resumes of the students according to their requirements. 
• Shortlisted candidates have to qualify the written round and then they will have to appear from Group Discussion where they express their views and opinion on a particular topic given by the recruiters.
• After qualifying the Group Discussion round, candidates have to qualify the personal interview round for the final selection.
