72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery shall be for a minimum duration of two years, excluding coursework, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned, offered by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with M.D.S are eligible for enrolment for the Ph.D. program shall be eligible for the course.
Admission Details
Candidates willing to register for the PhD course under RGUHS shall appear for the entrance test conducted by the University despite having qualified UGC – NET(including JRF)/UGC-CSIR NET ( including JRF)/SLET/GATE/ Teacher fellowship holder or having passed M.Phil program.
Qualifying Marks
Ph.D. Entrance Test with 50% marks. Students who score 50% and above are declared qualified, and such marks are valid for that academic year only.
