The College library came into existence in a rudimentary form in the administrative block. In 1989, the then vice-chancellor, Dr. B. B. Singh Bisen, took the initiative to differentiate the library from other offices of the administrative block and appointed an OSD especially for the library. Later on, it was decided that a separate building for the library might be constructed. On 29th November 199,4, the then Chairman of UGC, Prof. G. Ram Reddy, laid the foundation stone of the library building, and on completion, it was inaugurated by the then Governor and Chancellor of U.P., Shri Romesh Bhandari, on 13th February 1997. With the rapid development of the university, the library needed much more space; therefore, the then vice-chancellor, Prof. Z. H. Zaidi, took the necessary step in 2003 for the expansion of the building. The expanded portion was completed in 2005 and was inaugurated by the then Vice President of India, Shri Bhairon Singh Shekhawat, on 4th February 2005. Besides this, departmental/seminar libraries are also established in some departments, viz. Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Faculty of Education and Allied Sciences, Faculty of Management, Faculty of Law, Faculty of Social Science, and Faculty of Science. The central library is being administered by the Honorary Librarian with the help of an Assistant Librarian and ten supporting staff
The College cafeteria, sometimes called a canteen outside the U.S, is a type of food service location in which there is little or no waiting staff, table service, whether a restaurant or within an institution such as a large office building or school a school dining location is also referred to as a dining hall or lunchroom in American English. Cafeterias are different from coffeehouses, although the English term came from Latin American Spanish, where it had and still has the meaningof coffeehouse.
The College has a guest house to accommodate the guests and delegates who visit the campus.
The College has five boys' hostels, namely BDA boys hostel, PG and Research boys hostel, Nana Ji Deshmukh boys hostel, Mains boys hostel, and New boys hostel of M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, with proper security and facilities.
The College has four girls' hostels, namely Maitreyi girls hostel, Savitri girls hostel, Laxmibai Kelkar girls hostel, and Manorama girls hostel, on the main campus of MJP Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, with proper security and facilities
The college has a departmental based laboratory facility for the students.
The college has a good networking for the alumni association.
The college has sports facilities for all students.
The college has Classroom facilities for all students.
The college has Training and Placement Cell facilities for all students.
