If we go through 2019 cut-offs then 412 marks with corresponding rank of AIR 116719 secured seat in Chhindwara Institute of Medical Sciences, if you meant you got AIR 25358 and belong to SC, then you may have chances for GMC,  however this is purely based on previous year
