Last year cut off for SC category in all india quota 15% seats for govt mbbs colleges was AIR 81121 ( marks above 510+). So if you are getting 500+ marks in neet2021 then you have good chances of getting govt MBBS college through SC category.

Regarding your concern, The state counselling authority releases NEET 2021 cutoff West Bengal for 85% state quota seats and seats in private seats.
While, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will release the West Bengal MBBS BDS cutoff for 15% All India Quota
Nope you don't get any good college at this much percentile because it is too less. But you can take in any good private colleges for computer science.

My college have all the necessary infrastructure facilities but there is no library sports area or cafeteria...the place is nice and hygienic too... bathroom is clean but water supply should be improved.
