M.Pharma: Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, and Quality Assurance are the four disciplines in which M.Pharma is offered by the college. Each specialization has 15 seats, thus totaling 60 seats for M.Pharma. Admissions are through GPAT scores mainly. The eligible candidates are required to possess a B.Pharma degree from a recognized university. The duration of the M.Pharma program is 2 years, and the total fee would be around Rs. 172,366.

Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics: The Ph.D. program in Pharmaceutics offered by DLHHCOP has a total of 6 seats. The admission is granted on the basis of a common entrance test (PET) conducted by the university, followed by a personal interview for shortlisted candidates.
