The admission cycle generally commences during May-June for the prospective academic year in August to September. Candidates are expected to write the CUET UG conducted by the National Testing Agency. The date for the next CUET UG will be in May 2025 in online mode. Eligibility criteria for admissions differ from one programme to another. For undergraduate courses of BA, B.Com, and B.Sc, eligibility requires 10+2 education from a recognised board. The Postgraduate students, on the other hand, are to have a degree recognised by a valid university in the discipline concerned.

BA: For a Bachelor of Arts degree in the various specifications, admission is based on the score of the candidate in the CUET UG combined with his 10+2 results.
B.Com: The Bachelor of Commerce programme has been sanctioned an intake of 160. Admission shall be based on CUET UG scores and the scorecard of the qualifying examination.
B.Sc Bio-group: The Bachelor of Science programme in biological sciences is based upon the CUET UG examination with relevant subject combinations for eligibility.
MA: The college is conducting MA programmes in Hindi, Economics, Geography, English, Sanskrit, Political Science and History. Admission is generally based on performance in the Bachelor's degree along with admission or entrance test conducted by the college or its affiliated university.
M.Sc: Master of Science courses are being offered in the disciplines of Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology. M.Sc Mathematics has an approved intake of 30, while M.Sc Chemistry has 20. Admission is based on UG performance along with other criteria of the particular department.
M.Com: Admission in the Master of Commerce programme is granted on the basis of B.Com results and any other criteria established by the college.
