Fr CRCE is the best college for engineering. It has got the state of art infrastructure with the best equipment that any college can get. The college philosophy is very clear & pure. They are more interested in nurturing students than just graduating more engineers. It's the world apart from engineering colleges of politicians. A fantastic location, but you can't make use of it since professors keep you busy. It's true that college is strict, professors are even stricter, but you should know how to enjoy that discipline. . I don't have much idea about current ranking. Some Professors in 3rd & 4th year are from the industry itself which helps in getting practical knowledge of an industry. Those stupid students who just compare internal marks with other colleges having short-term goals, this is not the college for you. For those who just want to enjoy life without any restriction, this is not for you. One of the most important thing I learned from this college, freedom always comes with responsibility. ... Maybe that's the reason current generation who just believes in enjoyment with short term goals wants freedom but doesn't want any responsibility. .. That's the reason the industry is facing major problem with human resources.

Indispensable investment for future

I have done by graduation from Father Agnel Bandra as it is famously called as is an ideal college where knowledge meets innovation in the most efficient wherein we were provided with separate labs for each specialization and all the apparatus and instruments that we were provided were also in good condition. However, at times the lab would get closed very early so even if students had to stay back to do some practical’s we were unable to do so which was not appropriate . And the college is really strict in terms of discipline and punctuality is one aspect on which it emphasizes the most as the 75% attendance criteria is strictly followed without any leniency. Moreover, the college has very stringent rules in terms of decorum that has to be maintained in front of lecturers so in short we could compare to an army school. Our day in the college usually started at 8:30 am and went up till 5:00 pm chock blocked with lectures and practical’s we were so much busy the whole day that at times we would have to skip our lunch as well which was a downside of the schedule that was given to us. But as the days passed we got used to the regime and then after some time passed we started to realize that in some form or the other they were preparing us for the corporate world wherein deadlines of the work given us is the most important aspect that is expected to be fulfilled by an employee. The four years of engineering were the fun filled with a lot of learning experience so our college became a place wherein we would learn, innovate and discuss new ideas with each other. The college organizes two events one is a technical fest named technomania and the other is a cultural fest named euphoria in both participation from students end was always in large numbers and the technical fest made innovate with newer ideas and in cultural fest students from different specialization bonded together. In terms of placements also the college is ranked among top 10 engineering colleges in Mumbai so the highest package offered last year was 11 lakh by Morgan Stanley and average salary is 3.5 lakh, which is comparatively very good terms of ROI as the fees of the college is 4 lakh which also included our industrial visits which were organized after every semester. So this a brief description about the college wherein not only they act as the building block towards the steps of success but also made us more capable for our future endeavor.

The college is good, the faculty is good, sometimes it is very strict about the performance of students, infrastructure is good, college canteen is not good. All teaching and non-teaching staff members are very helpful. This college is very strict about the discipline. Laboratories are well maintained.
