* Transportation fees for Cuttack Rs. 3,000/- Extra.
• Cost of Blazer and Uniform, Rs. 5,000/- (Blazer, Uniform Clothes (2 Pairs), Tie, Tie pin, Crest, Bag, T-shirt etc.) to be paid in cash.
• Placement Fees Payable to External Agencies : Rs. 7,000/- each for 2nd & 3rd year and Rs. 6000/- for the 4th year to be paid in cash. (Optional and refundable if not placed).
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by AICTE and offered by the Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela.
For admission into the 1st year, B.Tech programme a student has to appear for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE-Main) conducted by CBSE. For details visit www.jeemain.nic.in. As it stands now, Govt. of Odisha is not going to conduct OJEE, hence JEE (Main) entrance is the only roadway to take admission into 1st year B.Tech Programmes offered by us. Exams shall be held online or offline as per the choice of the student.
JEE (Main) authorities shall publish two merit lists. One all India merit list the other for Odisha state candidates only. 70% of the seats shall be filled up in Govt. of Odisha counselling, taking students from the Odisha merit list. Around 25% of the seats shall be open for all India merit list, where students of Odisha and pan India can compete.
