Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela.

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

College Infrastructure

The college has been built on the shore of a mountain. Beautiful scenic view from rooftops. The classrooms are spacious. Seminar halls are there. Cafeteria is not there... The college is going through renovation... Some new blocks are in the construction phase. It lacks playground.

Good infrastructure and very good placement, nice academic.

College Infrastructure

College have all the necessary infrastructure, all the facilities are completed their phd from iit and nit. Wifi is not that much good, very good qualitie of food and library and laboratories, a little good for sports although the college had NCC.
