I scored 134.798 marks in keam entrance exam and 100% in PCM in kerala HSE board. Am I able to study the branch chemical engineering in GEC thrissur or any other similar govt colleges with this branch in other district with good standard under self finance?? Also I belongs to OBC-NCL reservation.

Hi aspirant according to your mark and score your rank may be 20000 in open category it means without any reservations

Here I'm providing some of the college below for your rank in the keam According to the category of you

    • Government Engineering College, Thrissur
    • Government Model Engineering College, Thrikkakara
    • NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad
    • Government Engineering College, Barton Hill, Thiruvananthapuram

Should I opt CET mechanical or GEC Thrissur ECE for BTech?

    Dear aspirant,

If you were to take my opinion core engineering placements are good only at selective colleges otherwise most of the colleges give very average placements. The average package stays between 2-3L per annum.

So, I would recommend you to go for gec thrissur ece because it's a non core branch and you will get good placements opportunities in core as well as non core domain. You will have plethora of opportunities in these branch.
