According to previous year stats, the cut off marks in GLC, Mumbai is about 130-140. So, with this marks of yours, its not possible to get a seat in GLC. You have to try for other colleges.

First the eligibility criteria for llb is :
MH CET LAW is a state level examination organized by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE)
For admission in integrated law courses, candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from any recognized board.
Candidates should hold a graduation degree to apply for admission in LLB programme. There is no age limit criteria to apply for law courses.
Now let's talk about exam pattern :
This is for Maharashtra state ;
The exam will be conducted in online mode only, and 150 multiple-choice questions will be asked in the exam. The candidates will be given 2 hours to attempt MHCET Law .
While 1 mark will be given for every correct answer, there will be no negative marking in case the candidate attempts any question with an incorrect answer.
The questions will be asked from different topics like general knowledge, legal aptitude, reasoning etc

I hope you are not aware of the cutoff marks to qualify Neet exam.
Qualifying cutoff
UR/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129
if you're look into this cut off dear year student you have not even qualified Neet examination.
so it will not be possible for you to take admission in any of the colleges who give admission on the basis of Neet marks and also you are not eligible to apply into any government or private medical colleges because for that you have to at least get minimum qualifying marks in NEET.
