I think glc mumbai because of internships and better job oppurtunities because of the strategic location of mumbai and year round internshios as glc has morning batches after which you can intern.Moreover there is no conouksary attmdance too.Rest of the things are not as important .

Out of 160 seats of Aided division and 80 seats of aidied division, 50% seats are reserved for Maharashtra candidates. Rest are for Candidates from outside Maharashtra. Hey in ILS, Pune 50 % seats are reserved for candidates of SC, SBC, ST, NT, VJNT and OBC categories according to rules in force. Only candidates from Maharashtra can seek admissions against these seats.
3 % seats are reserved according to law for physically handicapped candidates. Candidates from any State can seek admissions against these seats.
47 % seats are available for others. These are divided among candidates from within Maharashtra and outside Maharashtra.

If you are General category, 12th percentage must be between 90-94%, if SC then 58-83%, if OBC then 73-82% for both Government Law College, Mumbai and Indian Law Society Law College, Pune. The cut off marks in MH CET Law exam is around 90-100 and cut off rank is 1000-4000.
