48 MonthsBachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing is a four-year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in the nursing course offered by Tamil Nadu Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai and approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
- The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
- Minimum education: 10+2 class passed with Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) & English Core/English Elective with an aggregate of 45% marks from recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board (For SC/ST aggregate mark relaxed to 40%).
- The student shall be medically fit.
- Students appearing in the 10+2 examination in Science conducted by the National Institute of Open School with 45% marks.
Admission Details
GOVERNMENT QUOTA:
65% of seats will be filled by The Directorate of Medical Education, Chennai through counseling.
MANAGEMENT QUOTA:
35% of seats will be filled by the management on the basis of the merit list prepared by the college and interview.
