There is not one threshold for cutoffs as they vary every year and depend on various factors like difficulty of exam etc.Usually the cutoffs for colleges for arts/BMM for such colleges are more than 75%.But there are various rounds so the cutoffs may decrease by some every round.So I recommend you try getting as much score as possible to get a good percentage.

Bachelors of Mass Media or BMM is an undergraduate course. To be eligible for the course, you will have to clear class 12th in any stream.
