    The college has spacious gymkhana on the 2nd-floor houses indoor sports facilities like Table Tennis, Carrom, and Chess to suitably engage students on the premises. The gymkhana also serves as the Boys Common Room where male students can relax, and interact during free time.

    The college library is a rich resource centre providing services and facilities to meet the requirements of the students and the staff. The library has textbooks on all subjects, the latest reference books, journals, periodicals, newspapers and magazines. There are a large number of books and journals in Hindi, Marathi and Punjabi. The reference collection in the library includes dictionaries, directories, reports, encyclopaediae, CDs and audio-visual cassettes. The College is an Institutional Member of the British Council Library, American Centre Library and the Bombay Natural History Society. Free internet facility is provided for both students and staff members. A large number of books on career guidance and competitive examinations have been included. Reprographic facilities are available in the Library.

  • Sports

    The college boasts of a large playground for various outdoor sports activities. Students are encouraged to participate in various tournaments both within the college and in various inter-collegiate competitions. Renowned coaches are employed to train students in Football, Cricket, Boxing, Volleyball, and Taekwondo.

  • I.T Infrastructure

    The college has a fully air-conditioned computer laboratory, which is well equipped with the latest technology and software to handle different courses. Internet facilities are also provided to students.

  • Cafeteria

    The college has well-designed cafeteria is situated within the college premises on the second floor. Freshly prepared wholesome snacks are served at affordable rates. Complete meals are also provided. The cafeteria is open from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on all working days.



  • Auditorium

    The college houses a two-floor centrally air-conditioned proscenium auditorium equipped with Modern Stage Craft, Excellent acoustics, and Sight Lines. The auditorium can seat 610 people. (Lower level- 467 and Balcony - 143 seats).

  • Alumni Associations

    The college has good networking for the alumni association.

  • Laboratories

    The college has spacious laboratories for conducting practicals in Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Computer science. All the laboratories are wi-fi enabled and equipped with standard, well-maintained instruments.

    The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. Medical Counselling is provided free of cost at the Health Center (R. No. G02) to all the students, teaching, and non-teaching staff of the college.

What is the Cut off for BMM Course in Guru Nanak College G.T.B Nagar??

There is not one threshold for cutoffs as they vary every year and depend on various factors like difficulty of exam etc.Usually the cutoffs for colleges for arts/BMM for such colleges are more than 75%.But there are various rounds so the cutoffs may decrease by some every round.So I recommend you try getting as much score as possible to get a good percentage.

Bachelors of Mass Media or BMM is an undergraduate course. To be eligible for the course, you will have to clear class 12th in any stream. Along with that, you must have minimum 50% in 10+2 or equivalent examination. This minimum percentage of marks may vary depending on the college. The minimum percentage can be between 50 -60%. Most of the colleges conduct their own entrance exams for the same course. The fee generally varies from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 90,000 .
