The Fellow Program in Management (FPM) is an AICTE approved 4 year Doctoral program of IMS Ghaziabad. Institute is offering FPM as a full-time residential program as well as Executive FPM for working Executives. The FPM is offered in all functional areas of management. The program admits individuals with exceptional academic background, strong motivation and discipline, and prepares them for teaching and research-related careers in academic institutions devoted to management-related education, as well as for positions outside academics requiring advanced research and analytical capabilities.

The FPM offers specializations in the following areas of management:

General Management
Finance
Human Resources & Organizational Behaviour
Marketing
Production & Operations
Business Analytics
Information Technology

Eligibility Criteria

The basic eligibility to apply for admission to the FPM is either:

a BE / B. Tech. degree or its equivalent with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) obtained after completing higher secondary education (10+2) or equivalent, and followed by at least 2 years of relevant work experience,

a Bachelor’s degree / equivalent of minimum three years duration with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) after completing higher secondary education (10+2) or equivalent, and followed by post-graduation (MBA/Master’s degree in any discipline) from a university or a centre of higher learning in India / abroad with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates),

an Integrated Master’s degree of four / five years in any discipline, with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates), obtained after completing higher secondary education (10+2) or equivalent,

A professional qualification like CA, ICWA or CS with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates)

College Infrastructure

My college provides well-developed and properly maintained infrastructure that supports both academic and extracurricular activities. The classrooms are spacious, clean, and well-ventilated, creating a comfortable environment for students. Many classrooms are equipped with modern teaching aids such as projectors and smart boards, which make learning more interactive and effective. The library is well-organized and has a wide range of books, journals, and digital resources, allowing students to study in a quiet and focused environment. Computer labs are functional and equipped with necessary systems, although there is still scope for technological upgrades. The campus is clean, green, and regularly maintained, which creates a positive and refreshing atmosphere. Basic facilities like drinking water, clean washrooms, and seating areas are easily available for students. The canteen provides decent food options, though it can improve in terms of variety and quality. Sports and recreational facilities are available and encourage students to stay active and participate in different activities. Overall, the college infrastructure is quite good and contributes positively to students’ overall development.
