ITS Pharmacy has its own careers and placements cell, where the dedicated individuals help their students to get placed at top companies. Due to the efforts made by them, as per NIRF 2025 a total number of 44 undergraduate students got placed at a ITS Pharmacy median salary package of Rs 3,65,000 and 6 postgraduate students got placed at a median salary package of Rs 4,50,000. 

All these achievements and statistics are achieved by the college on the basis of the efforts made by the team, where in the ITS Pharmacy apart from collaborating with top companies for placements, they conduct mock tests and interviews to cope up with the placement opportunities for their students. Apart from this, the college also indulges in skill training, employer outreach, internship facilitation, and counselling to improve the placement rate.

• The college collaborates with companies to carry out the On campus drives coordinated by the Career Guidance & Placement Cell. 

• The ITS Pharmacy placements cell conducts pre placements training that includes aptitude, communication, resume workshops, interviews, and group discussions.

• Apart from student based tests, they also offer additional information and resources with the help of Employer talks, seminars, and guest sessions. 

• The college also offers guidance and coordination for internships.

• Once the candidate is ready for the interview and appears for the same. They are called for counselling and on the selection they get noticed via mail.

Recruiters span IT/services, BFSI, education/media, and allied sectors; departmental updates and placement cell notes reflect selections across reputed firms in recent years.
