The Fellow Program in Management at Jaipuria, offers a rigorous academic and research platform in diverse areas of management, designed for academicians; students, and professionals alike, driven by an inherent passion to impact business management. The aim is to nurture scholarly talent equipped with analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to offer management wisdom to address the industry needs and that of society.

Our Fellow Program in Management (FPM) as a full-time program focuses on quality research through the continuous mentoring process. The functioning of the program will be administered by the Program Director (FPM) and guided by the Fellow Program in Management (FPM) Committee. Successful completion of the program is dependent on two requirements - participants must complete all the coursework requirements and successfully defending the submitted thesis within the rules and regulations of the program.

The FPM program consist of two phases.

Phase 1: Course Work

Phase 2: Thesis

The second phase involves the preparation and defense of a thesis proposal, writing of the thesis and defense of the thesis.

Timeline:

The proposed minimum duration of the FPM program is minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years. The proposed time lines for academic achievement are as follows:

Completion of Course Work: 1 year from the date of admission.

Final Research Proposal: Within 03 Months from date of clearance of course work.

Minimum Proposed duration for submission of Thesis Report: 3 years from date of admission

Maximum Proposed duration for submission of Thesis Report: 5 years from date of admission

Any fellow participants not submitting the thesis within the maximum proposed duration shall automatically cease to be a participant of the program.
