well it hard to say very exactly as it differs from college to college in looking of score while most of the colleges in US consider GRE only as IELTS is secondary but for safer side have a good score in both of them, since both are equally

Despit getting the detault score acheivinng the score of 310 isn't a big deal , need to brush up the english skill and 10th maths basis , which would be more than enough to get you  a decent score in GRE , as per doing the Masters in European countries

I just want to know which trade of ITI can help me to get canada, U.S, and other counrty visa

No such correlation. Job opportunities are majorly based on graduating college, your academic scores, your work Experience uf any, Your functional domain knowledge and soft skills. 

IELTS exam is just gateway for admission to abroad colleges for MS /MBA .

The admission requirements often vary with the program and/or university of application. For most  masters programs in the area of science and technology or where quantitative ability is a requirement, a GRE score is always a requirement.

Additionally, highly language-oriented courses also require a good GRE General test score

It is completely depended on the purpose for what  you are taking the exam.

If you are going for higher education then 6 or 6.5 band score with a minimum score of 6 in each module is considered as good

If you are going for PR or immigraion

IELTS shall have. 4 secrions namely listening, reading and writing and speaking with each having fixed maximum duration.
