I hv a doubt......i case if my IELTS score is 7 (assumption), will i get addmission in University of Technology, Sydney, Australia ???

The minimum required score for admission into Undergrad programmes is 6.5 for University of Sydney, Australia. Having a score of 7 doesn't guarantee you an admit, because apart from IELTS score, the university will also take into consideration other things such as your performance in High school, or your Graduate programme. And also your participation in extra - curricular activities.
And about the fee structure, you should mention the course you're looking to study, the fee structure depends on the course.

FEE for ielts exam and registration

If you register through IDP, the registration fee will be around INR12100.

It is mandatory to have your passport while applying and appearing in the IELTS.

For undergraduate programmes in Australia, there is a minimum requirement of overall IELTS score of 6.0. So, if you are scoring around 7.0, then it is an edge for you. Also, you can get scholarship depending on the college in which you are seeking admission.

Please tell me which program are you aspiring to pursue? undergraduate or postgraduate?

A lot depends upon the program/ university you want to pursue. Admission to top Australian universities is quite competitive.

For postgraduate program, you would be required to send your GRE score, while for UG programs the university may or may not accept a SAT score

The Australian universities also require English Language proficiency score from candidates of non-native countries. You may be required to send a IELTS, TOEFL or PTE score to prove your language proficiency.
