Academics
The faculty members in the MBA department are highly qualified and have strong expertise in their fields. They use practical examples in their teaching, which makes learning easier. The course curriculum is clear, organized, and relevant to current industry needs. Exams vary from easy to moderately difficult based on preparation.
College Infra
KIET offers strong infrastructure and good facilities for MBA students. The campus provides clean hostel rooms available 24/7, continuous running water, and regular maintenance services. The institute is relatively modern, and the academic blocks are well designed. Classrooms are spacious and clean, equipped with projectors, and during COVID, they were sanitized regularly.
Placements
Many well-known companies visit the campus. Instead of the earlier firms, companies like Deloitte Support Services, HCL Technologies, Nestlé India, Aditya Birla Finance, and InfoEdge recruited students from our program. About 50% of students also secured internships at firms such as Mother Dairy, InfoEdge, Lenskart, and Reliance Retail.

Academics
Teachers are willing to help, have experience, and are supportive in giving students the right guidance for management careers. A few of the faculty members are not only academicians but also have a background in corporates which is helpful in bridging the gap between theory and real industry practices.
College Infra
Management students at KIET can use well-equipped smart classrooms, seminar halls, and a dedicated computer lab. The library is good and equipped with enough academic resources but still lacks the latest management journals and international references. Canteen facilities are good enough but still have room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and menu.
Placements
A huge number of well-known companies from banking, consulting, FMCG, and IT services sectors come to the campus every year. The average salary package is about ₹5–6 LPA, while the highest varies between ₹12–14 LPA based on the student's skills and profile.

Academics
The exam papers are usually manageable, and with regular study, anyone can keep a decent CGPA. The academic environment is average, and you need to put in your own effort if you want to go beyond the basic curriculum.
College Infra
The campus is well-maintained and looks professional. Labs are updated, Wi-Fi is available, and there’s a decent library with plenty of resources. Classrooms have projectors and are mostly clean. However, hostel life is below average.
Placements
At KIET, placements depend a lot on your branch and personal skills. Last year, about 30-40% of students got jobs through campus drives, mostly from the CS and IT branches. The average package was around ₹4-5 LPA, but for core branches like Mechanical or Civil, the numbers were much lower. A

HOW IS KIET GAZIABAD PLACED IN COMPARISON TO JIIT NOIDA
KIET Ghaziabad and JIIT Noida are both good private engineering colleges. But JIIT Noida is a little better in terms of placements, especially for Computer Science and IT branches.
JIIT Noida gets more big companies like Amazon, Adobe, and other product-based companies. The average package in JIIT for CSE is around 7 to 8 lakh rupees per year. Some students also get very high packages above 20 lakh. KIET also has good placements, but the average package is slightly lower, around 5 to 6 lakh per year.
The campus of JIIT Noida is modern and clean. KIET has a bigger campus and more hostel space. JIIT is stricter in academics. KIET follows AKTU university syllabus.
So if you want better job placements, JIIT Noida is slightly better. If you want a bigger campus with good facilities and lower fees, then KIET is also a good choice.
