M.Tech./ME /MCA /MBA/ or an equivalent degree with minimum 60% marks or an equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA). Or M.Sc./MA/M.Com./LLM or an equivalent degree with minimum 55% marks or an equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)

Or

B.Tech./ BE or an equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA). A valid GATE score is essential for students having B.Tech./ BE degree.

Candidates in their final year degree and expecting post-graduation results within June can also apply for the PhD Programme. Such applicants are required to submit along with their application form, a certificate from the Principal or Head of the Institution to the effect that the candidate is expected to complete all requirements for completion and award of the degree within June.
