Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology School of Management offers a two-year, full-time MBA programme at the postgraduate level. Candidates who have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from any recognised university or possess an equivalent qualification can apply for the programme. Candidates must have also obtained a minimum of 50% aggregate or equivalent CGPA in the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams. Candidates seeking admission to the MBA programme offered at KSOM Bhubaneswar must appear for CAT / XAT/ CMAT / GMAT/ MAT / KIITEE Management. The institute does not offer direct admission to candidates.

Based on the performance in the above mentioned entrance examination, candidates are called to appear for the Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and Writing Ability Test process. The final selection to the programme is based on candidate’s performance in the GDPI and WAT, career marks, and entrance score. There is BBA, MBA and Ph.D. offered on the basis of entrance exams. It is considered as one of the Best B-Schools in Eastern India. It is located in Bhubaneswar and was established in 1993 initially known as the Institute of Business Administration and Training (IBAT). As per the the last year cutoff for admission in MBA in MAT score was 85 Percentile. You should wait for result and prepare for the next step.

However I'll recommend you to go for Jaipuria Institute of management looking at the ROI aspect.
The average package of  for Jaipuria college is around Rs. 6.7 lakhs per annum and the highest package is 17 lakhs per annum.
Whereas The average package of  KSOM college is Rs. 4.8 lakhs per annum and the highest package is 13.50 lakhs per annum.

So you must prefer the college based on the amount you are ready to invest, location and specialisation you want to go for.
