The college infrastructure is decent, with well-built labs and classrooms. However, the labs lack sufficient equipment, which affects the learning experience. The hostel facilities are good, but water and electricity supply are inconsistent, with daily power cuts lasting about an hour. Additionally, there are issues with mosquitoes and insects.
Academically, the frequent turnover of faculty (every 3-6 months) impacts the continuity of education. While a few staff members hold PhDs, the majority are MSc graduates. Practical sessions often require students to work in the field for long hours. Smart boards are available but used sparingly.
No placements facilities. The college has no placement cell and the management won't care about the career of the student. But there will be one or two session about the opportunity in agriculture field will be conducted.
The fee structure is ₹2,00,000 per semester, which includes academic, hostel, and mess charges. However, the college lacks placement opportunities and does not focus on the students' career development, leaving graduates to fend for themselves.
Campus life is not very enjoyable due to the strict rules imposed on students. Both college and hostel have rigid policies, and the process to obtain permission for going out or taking leave is tedious. The management enforces severe and often unnecessary actions, such as calling parents for minor issues. Interaction between boys and girls is heavily restricted, and such incidents are treated with unwarranted seriousness.
