I got 97.14 percentile in jee main and i belong to obc category and my hs mask 67.8 Can i qualify for Josaa in top 20 percentile?

Without letting me know your board I cannot tell you that whether you are eligible to participate in josaa counselling or you are eligible to get admission into any nits or iiits.
As every board have their own top 20 percentile requirement so plzz let me know your board so that I can inform you that whether you are under top 20 percentile or not.

Ohk so according to last year percentile (67.8 +-2%).
