Hey dear, you need to mention what college are you asking about. Cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get govt. Mbbs college. So, with 454 if you belong to general category you won't get a govt. Mbbs seat, although you have chances for govt. Bams and bhms, just stay tuned to the counselling.
