Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University, Lonere


Eligibility Criteria

Candidates from Maharashtra and outside Maharashtra who meet the educational qualifications are eligible for Institute Level Quota seats.

Eligibility Criteria for Maharashtra State Candidates

  • The aspirant should be an Indian National
  • Should have passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects.
  • Should have obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together.
  • Furthermore, the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain non-zero scores in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.

OR

  • Should have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology by obtaining at least 45% marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).
  • Obtained score in MHT CET 2024.
  • Obtained score in JEE(Main) Paper I or MHT-CET 2024

OR 

  • Should have passed three years D. Voc. stream in the same or allied sector.

 Eligibility Criteria for Jammu & Kashmir Migrant Candidates / All India Candidates (AI)

  • The aspirant should be an Indian National
  • Should have passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects.
  • Should have obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together.
  • Furthermore, the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain non-zero scores in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.

OR 

  • Should have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology by obtaining at least 45% marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).

 Eligibility Criteria for Children of NRI/OCI/PIO, Children of Indian workers in Gulf Countries (CIWGC), Foreign National (FN) Candidates

  • Should have passed the HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects.
  • The candidates should have obtained at least 45% marks in the above subjects taken together.

Eligibility Criteria for  Lateral Entry:

  • The candidate must be an Indian National.
  • Passed a minimum three-year or two-year (Lateral Entry) Diploma Course in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks (40% for Backward Class categories, EWS, and Persons with Disability from Maharashtra State) from an AICTE or government-approved institution.

OR

  • Passed B.Sc. Degree from a UGC-recognized university with at least 45% marks (40% for Backward Class categories, EWS, and Persons with Disability from Maharashtra State) and passed HSC or equivalent examination with Mathematics as a subject.

Admission Details

The Preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non-zero positive scores in JEE (Main) Paper I over the candidates who obtained non zero scores in MHT-CET 2020.

N.K. Orchid College offers a modern campus with digital classrooms, updated computer centers, and subject-specific labs. The library has study books as well as competitive exam material. Hostel and canteen facilities are also available.

It was a great experience to share about my college.

College Infrastructure

My college has all the necessary infrastructure including 4 floor building. Basic facilities are given by the college. Facilities like sports good, library, Hostel, wifi etc. Everything is well mentioned and in used. Living area is clean. But the canteen is very small and doesn't have hygiene food.
