Department of Computer Science and Engineering offers latest specialised programmes in the field of emerging area of Computer Technology called Data Science. Data Science is now considered as an important strategic Science and Engineering. We have full time degree programme. The core data science subjects comprise data analytics, visualization, predictive modelling and analytics for data-driven decision making. Knowledge representation, machine learning, artificial intelligence, deep learning will be taught with relevant case studies.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Admission Details

The admissions in Engineering or the B. Tech. course are done on the basis of candidates’ score in the JEE Main exam which is conducted at All India Level.

College Infrastructure

According to my experience, there are many facilities in the classroom, like the best quality fans and sitting tables. This college provides students with books. Hostel facilities are also good; there is best quality food available, and there are also canteens available for food like samosas and sandwiches, where I stay about 10 kilometers from MP Nagar.
