The college has a library facility for all students.

The college has a departmental based laboratories facility for the students. The Geography laboratory is enriched with ICT technology (smart class facility). Moreover necessary teaching-learning aid, instruments and other materials like Topographical maps, rocks, and minerals, Aerial photographs, Stereoscopes, Tracing tables, computers, etc. to serve authentic knowledge of geography in 1:1 aspect.

The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. The college canteen was initially opened in the basement of the college in the year 2008. Later on, it was shifted to the ground floor. As it is located quite close to the main entrance, it is easily accessible to all the students of the college. The canteen is helmed by MrNirmalGhosh, who has many years of experience as a cook. A variety of food items is available on the menu like chowmein, egg toast, roti, vegetable curry, egg masala, soyabean curry, khichdi among others. Apart from cooked items, several packed items like potato chips, cupcakes, biscuits, cold drinks are available. There is adequate seating arrangement for students to sit and enjoy their food while having a stimulating conversation with their friends.

The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has sports facilities for all students. Panchur College has been highly proactive in conducting Annual College Sports every year. There are several competitive events held like 100 metres race, 200 metres race, 4x100 metres relay, shot put, hitting the wicket, breaking the pot, musical chairs among others. The three winners are awarded gold, silver, and bronze medals according to their respective ranks along with certificates. 

The college has auditorium facilities for events and seminar.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
