Quaid-E-Millath Government College for Women Chennai is spread over 30-acre campus with excellent infrastructure. And a plethora of QMGCW Chennai facilities include a well-stocked library and digital library, language laboratory, hostel facilities for students. Quaid-E-Millath Government College for Women Chennai facilities enhance the academic development of students.
Quaid-E-Millath Government College for Women Chennai sports facilities are provided to students to facilitate their active participation in tournaments at Zonal, District, University, State and National levels. Hostel facilities of QMGCW are provided with all the required amenities.

- Girls Hostel
The Quaid-E-Millath Government College for Women provides a well-furnished girls hostel with all the necessary facilities like electricity, water, and internet for the comfortable stay of students. The hostels are managed by the Inn Keeper and Assistant Inn Keeper.
- Medical/Hospital
The Quaid-E-Millath Government College for Women has health center with first aid facility for the students. This facility can be availed by sick students.

The QMGCW Chennai provides state-of-the-art library facilities to students with a range of 73,000 books wide range of periodicals and journals. The ’Digital Library’ concept has been initiated in the college library with 10 computer terminals

The QMGCW has a vast playground and facilities for indoor and outdoor sports within the campus. The sports facilities encourage students to participate in various tournaments and sports events.

The QMGCW Chennai provides a computer lab facility with a sufficient number of computer terminals with internet access. The computer lab facility can be availed both by the students and faculty members.
- Cafeteria
The Quaid-E-Millath Government College for Women provides cafeteria facilities to the students, faculty and staff members. The cafeteria serves clean and healthy food at a reasonable rate.
- Auditorium
The QMGCW Chennai has a spacious auditorium with facilities for audio-visual aids on the campus. The auditorium is used to conduct conferences, guest lectures, workshops and cultural programmes.
- Alumni Associations
The QMGCW Alumni termed as the Old Students Association functions with a President, a Secretary and a Treasurer. Old students should have attended for a minimum period of one year to become a member. Life-time membership fee is Rs. 100.
- Laboratories
Quaid-E-Millath Government College for Women provides well-equipped laboratories and a computer lab facility for students and staff. The college also has a language lab which is used for exposing the students to the English language.

College Infrastructure
Sice it's a government college fees structure is actually very low . But in our college they have decent infrastructure and equipments Like computer labs , auditorium and playground . Decent canteen and good restrooms .

College Infrastructure
Decent infrastructure. Have computer laboratory but we don't use that . Have auditorium and playground . Have very small canteen but food have to order from outside the college . They don't conduct extra curricular activities.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is not good . They need to change more Not proper benches , fans ,not proper restroom facilities , no smart boards. No proper canteen we have to buy food outside the college.
