It's lovely, charming , academically outstanding.
College Infrastructure
Hey I am shivangi I am from first year philosophy hons department, it's only been one month of mine in daulat ram college but i have learnt so many things academically, morally and life lesson , cooperation among students too. I am from a small town where only private colleges exist that only just for degree of name , no education so it's a great opportunity for me my career to get in such beautiful and academically top class college of our nation. On my first day I was worried how it will work out but ya faculty support, friendly classmates even hardworking create such a lovely environment I like it. The college infrastructure is also beautiful there is much space for our students to sit with our friends, classmates anywhere to discuss class topics , etc. Greenery is plus point ????plus it have wifi , even I see projector in classes so that students can give presentation, even books and study material in library is in ample amount and in good condition. Overall a dreamy experience shaping my future. Only one thing I feel is missing is air conditioner in our philosophy department class otherwise all is perfect. Thankyou!
Academics
Academically it is best as it has best faculty supportive , investing as much they can so that they can help building our career , no matter how many doubts we have they solve. Philosophy is a subject which is new to mostly students in our department as intermediate school don't support philosophy as a subject at that level so we were not familiar with Philosophy but our department teacher on the day of orientation said that they will make us fall in love with philosophy so ya we are falling in love with philosophy.
Placements
I am unaware of this . I am so sorry but as much i know is that like every college has placement cell similarly our college has so ya is also support placements.Students of Philosophy (Hons) develop strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, ethics, and communication skills during their course. The Placement Cell channels these abilities into practical career options such as: Corporate Sector: HR, consulting, and management roles. Media & Communication: Content writing, journalism, editing. Public Policy & Social Sector: NGOs, think tanks, policy research. Civil Services & Higher Studies: Guidance for UPSC, NET, or international scholarships.
Campus Life
It's lovely, charming as girls college also so we fill with beauty support smiles hopes aspirations and make our college our home .
I think this is the best college given the environment.
College Infrastructure
GBPIET (Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Engineering & Technology) is set on a scenic hillside campus in Pauri, Uttarakhand, providing a peaceful learning atmosphere. The campus includes academic blocks, laboratories, workshops, a central library, and computer centers equipped with the essential hardware and software required for engineering courses. Each department has its own labs and classrooms, though the facilities are more functional than luxurious. The institute provides hostels for both boys and girls with basic amenities, mess facilities, and internet access. There are sports grounds for cricket, football, volleyball and indoor games, along with a gymnasium and common rooms to encourage extracurricular activities. A medical unit and canteen are also available on campus.
Academics
GBPIET (Govind Ballabh Pant Institute of Engineering & Technology) is one of the oldest state government engineering colleges in Uttarakhand and is affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University. The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various engineering disciplines such as CSE, ECE, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and others. Its curriculum follows AICTE norms and is updated periodically to include emerging technologies and industry trends. The college has a qualified and experienced faculty base, laboratories with essential equipment, and a decent library with technical resources. Regular lectures, tutorials and practical sessions are conducted to strengthen fundamentals. Students also get exposure to projects, seminars, workshops and technical fests which help in applying theoretical knowledge to real problems. While the academic framework is more traditional compared to IITs or NITs, motivated students can access research guidance, mini projects and online platforms to enhance their skills. Overall, GBPIET provides a stable academic foundation at an affordable cost.
Placements
GBPIET is a reputed state government engineering college in Uttarakhand known for quality academics and moderate but improving placements. CSE and ECE students often get offers from TCS, Infosys, Wipro and others. Core branches see fewer recruiters but off-campus opportunities exist, making it a solid regional choice.
Good nice
College Infrastructure
Descent infrastructure ,network problems in hostels but not in all just some if tge hostels have network problem otherwise 5g is supported in the whole campus. And sometimes there is water problems .
Academics
Very good competition, gate preparation can be done easily with faculties, faculties are very helpful and tute classes are done regularly.Test levels are good and interesting exams are their but tough
Placements
Placements are descent and ece department has 3l to 5l avg packages, and highest 13 to 14 lakh. And overall its very good as fees is also very affordable. CS has also descent packages but ece has best .
Just good for completing Graduation not for better studies
College Infrastructure
The college has a basic setup with classrooms and a small library. Facilities are not very modern, but enough for completing BA or B.Com. Students who just want to finish their degree will find it manageable, though not much advanced.
Academics
Teaching is simple and focused on helping students clear exams. The syllabus is covered in a straightforward manner. It may not be the best choice for deep learning, but for students aiming only to pass and get their degree, it serves the purpose.
Placements
The college is not known for placements or big career opportunities. Most students here either go for higher studies or just complete their graduation. Career guidance is limited, so one cannot expect much industry exposure.
Campus Life
Campus activities are very limited. There are some small events, but not as lively as big colleges. Most students are focused on finishing their degree and moving ahead. Still, friendships and memories with classmates make the experience personal.
Anything Else
SSA Arts and Commerce College is a simple, low-cost option for BA and B.Com students. It may not offer modern facilities or strong career opportunities, but for those who just want to complete graduation smoothly, it works fine.
The college has really good hostel facility
College Infrastructure
Labs all have centralized AC and all the required software. The lab in charge is polite and experienced. Hostels are a bit costly compared to the services they provide. There are many stores and options to eat in the area, so students from outside have many options.
Academics
Faculty are very well experienced with the required amount of qualifications. Though the exams are hard, they help you in the long run. Even internal marks are hard to get, as teachers are very particular about labs and the assignments given. The course has all the required subjects related to the field you have selected.
Placements
Almost 60% of students get placed this year. Though it was a bit frustrating at first, almost everyone who sat for placements got placed. The main advantage we have over others is that we are allowed to prepare for competitive exams like GATE and GRE while sitting for certain interviews (not for dream jobs and above). This option is not available in most colleges.
The greatest Govt polytechnic institute in Mumbai
College Infrastructure
Government Polytechnic Mumbai has an old but well-maintained campus. The computer labs are updated with required systems and internet, while classrooms are simple yet comfortable. The library is rich in technical books, and workshops give a good learning space. However, hostel seats are limited and get filled quickly.
Academics
The Computer Engineering sandwich diploma follows a mix of theory and practical training. Students spend part of the time in college and part in industry internships, which adds real-world knowledge. Faculty members are supportive, though classes can get crowded due to high demand.
Placements
The sandwich pattern gives students an edge in internships and practical exposure. Many students get jobs through industry training, while some continue for higher studies. Still, placements depend on performance and companies available that year, so it’s not guaranteed for everyone.
Campus Life
Life at the institute is busy but enjoyable with technical events, cultural fests, and student activities. The environment feels competitive, yet teamwork in projects and industry training builds confidence. Limited campus space is a drawback, but the city itself gives many opportunities.
Anything Else
Government Polytechnic Mumbai offers a strong diploma program, especially in Computer Engineering sandwich pattern. With affordable fees, practical exposure, and good guidance, it creates a solid base for future studies or jobs, though placement support can be improved.
Best College for engineering specially in Urban areas
College Infrastructure
WCE Sangli provides a spacious campus with separate computer labs, lecture halls, and a resourceful library. Systems are upgraded with the latest software to help CSE students. Hostel facilities are available, though seats are sometimes limited. The environment is calm and suitable for studies.
Academics
The computer science program here is designed to match modern industry needs. Subjects like programming, networks, AI, and databases are included. Teachers guide students with assignments, coding practice, and project-based learning. Guest lectures and workshops add extra knowledge.
Placements
Students from the CSE branch get better chances compared to other streams. Many IT and software firms visit regularly, offering both mid-level and high-paying jobs. While top performers secure great roles, average students may need extra effort for placement.
Campus Life
Life on campus is active with student clubs, hackathons, cultural celebrations, and sports. Computer science learners often join coding contests and group projects. The friendly student community helps in networking, though more space for recreation would be useful.
Anything Else
Walchand College of Engineering Sangli offers a strong reputation in computer science education. Good placements, steady academics, and active student life make it reliable. Some facilities need upgrades, but overall, it remains one of the best choices for CSE in Maharashtra.
My review about Masters in COEP technology university
College Infrastructure
COEP has advanced research centers, modern classrooms, and well-equipped labs for M.Tech scholars. Libraries provide access to journals, e-books, and publications that support higher studies. Hostel and campus spaces are well maintained, though some old blocks need better renovation.
Academics
The M.Tech curriculum is research-driven and keeps pace with the latest industry needs. Professors are highly qualified and encourage practical learning along with theory. Seminars, industrial training, and project guidance give students exposure to real applications in their fields.
Placements
Placement opportunities are fairly good for M.Tech students, especially in core engineering and IT companies. Many research and development firms, consulting agencies, and multinational companies recruit here. Some students also move into PhD or academic careers.
Campus Life
Campus life is vibrant with technical festivals, cultural programs, and student societies. For M.Tech students, research groups and academic clubs provide good collaboration. Seniors and juniors interact freely, making the environment motivating and friendly.
Anything Else
COEP Technological University is among the best choices for M.Tech in Maharashtra. With strong academic culture, supportive faculty, good placements, and an inspiring atmosphere, it ensures both learning and career growth, though infrastructure upgrades could improve it further
It’s the best college of all for designing.
College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure is so elegant. It also provides many cafeterias in many locations, a library, there’s also dining area. And also sitting area for breaks and to work on projects. The college campus is so calm.
Academics
They build a very strong foundation in the learnings. From basic to next level.. everything has been taught. The faculty is also super sweet with the students that they reach out with every helps and needs.
Placements
They provide so many options for Internships and placements. They also encourage you to take part in them. Which is also the best thing, mostly they also provide study abroad plans. The college is also has tie up with Parsons college.
Campus Life
The campus life here is like amazingly crazy!! It’s the best campus I’ve ever experienced.
The infrastructure and facilities are really good.
College Infrastructure
It has good classrooms, labs, a library, and campus Wi-Fi. Hostels are clean with basic facilities. Mess food is okay. There is a good gym, very good grounds, and really good competitions. Nice clubs are available. The canteens are good. It has a good verbal infrastructure with a lot of greenery, which is maintained every day.
Academics
Faculty members are mediocre at best. The teaching quality is really bad. The course is updated and mostly industry-oriented. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty, and the pass rate is usually above 90%. The library is good, so it all depends on you and your interest.
Placements
2024, placements were 93%. The highest package was 21 LPA, and the average was 8.32 LPA. Top companies include IBM, ITC, Oracle, Ford, Dell, TCS, and Amazon. Approximately 90–100% of students get internships. Around 20–30% receive stipend-based internships offering between Rs.5,000 to Rs.15,000. Major recruiters are Oracle, Bosch, and Cisco.
Waste of money for BCA
College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is average. The college has a library, computer labs, and classrooms but they are all quite basic and not very modern. There is a large playground for outdoor activities, which is good. The canteen is okay but it could be better with respect to the variety of food.
Academics
The faculty members are very supportive and cooperative. Most of them are competent and their teaching methods are simple and easy to understand. They maintain a formal teaching mode but at the same time do not hesitate to make the students feel comfortable in class.
Placements
Most students are required to find their jobs and internships by themselves. Though the college gives out some internship opportunities, they are very less in number. A few companies like Tech Mahindra, NIIT, and some local IT firms have come in the past; however, the salary packages were not appealing.
College charges and fees are really high
College Infrastructure
The infrastructure for the Biotechnology program is just acceptable, but it is not remarkable. The labs, classrooms, and library are all up to the standard and provide the minimum requirements. Sports events are only held during special occasions, and playing at college during regular hours is not allowed
Academics
Faculty usually teach the concepts bilingually, thus students from English-medium and Hindi-medium backgrounds can easily understand the topics. Their methods of instruction are basic yet effective, and allow students to clarify their doubts through questioning.
Placements
It is seen that most of the placement opportunities are arranged off-campus, and students have to sift through the options in the public and private sectors according to their skills and performance. Salaries also differ a lot those who are placed in private companies get lower salaries compared to the students who get government or research-based job opportunities.
Bestest college ever.
College Infrastructure
The campus infrastructure of my college is great, and the labs, canteen, and classrooms are very spacious. Canteen provides good delicious meals, and the campus is also equipped with the Wi-Fi facility.
Academics
Faculty of my college is the bestes faculties ever they always ready to help students either personally or professionally. They teach everything in an easy manner which helps students to improve themselves.
Placements
More than 70% students are placed in PGPM course. The highest package offered is 12 Lacs and the lowest package is 7 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, Tata Capital, Wipro, HCL, and Google. More than 80% of the students got internships from PGPM course.
Friendly nature faculty
College Infrastructure
Our facilities are absolutely amazing. AC is everywhere, classrooms are good, and labs are fully equipped. Our seminar hall is beautiful, we have different departments for different branches. Our canteen is so good that people from different colleges come to sit there.
Academics
Personally, I love our faculty. They know what they're doing, they're all PhDs and highly educated. And most of all, they really are interested in helping the students. The curriculum is very personalized due to the NEP, we have electives and minor and honors programs now.
Placements
The college will provide Average 12 LPA, the highest is 42 LPA (so far), and the lowest maybe 4 LPA. Top recruiters are Google, L&T, etc. Internships are also amazing and in fact, Google picked up 4 kids for 1.5 Lacs per month this year.
Faculties were amazing.
College Infrastructure
Our college provides good facilities like air-conditioned, wifi labs, library, lecture theatre, parking facilities etc. The infrastructure of the college is fine, But there is no ground for sports and fests.
Academics
Faculty members in our college are very qualified and have in-depth information about what they are teaching students. Some teachers are helpful, they go out of the way to help students and some are like they don't even teach good.
Placements
The college provides good placement opportunities for every student. But, the first duty of every student is to be active at all the notices regarding placement drives. But only a few finance companies visited the college to offer placements.
Placement is not good.
College Infrastructure
The campus is very beautifully built and the hostels have sufficient amenities like wifi, reading rooms, badminton court, common rooms, etc. The hostel is also nice and provides good quality food in mess and canteens.
Academics
One of the major benefits of this college is that the teachers are qualified, knowledgeable and very helpful. All the teachers are very friendly and always there to help students. Most of the professor teach with real-life examples.
Placements
Placement opportunities of my college is not good, that no company has ever visited in the college for placements instead they organised placement events in other colleges, So this was the main problem in college.
Nice
College Infrastructure
My college has very good infrastructure with all the necessary facilities and equipment. The classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated, and the laboratories are well-equipped for practical learning. We also have a library with a good collection of books, and the campus provides WiFi facilities. The sports centres and hostels are well-maintained, and smart boards in classrooms make learning more interactive. The living spaces are kept clean, and the hostel provides hygienic and good quality food. Overall, the college provides a healthy learning environment and supports both academics and extracurricular activities.
Academics
I am currently studying Computer Science and Engineering because I am passionate about technology and want to build a career in software development. The quality of teaching in my college is very good, with experienced and supportive faculty who explain concepts clearly and encourage practical learning. The curriculum is well-structured and regularly updated to include recent developments in the field such as AI, machine learning, data science, and modern programming languages. Along with theory, there is good emphasis on projects and hands-on practice, which makes us industry-ready. Overall, what I study here helps in building both technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, which will definitely help in getting job opportunities.
Placements
The placement opportunities in our college are quite good. Many reputed companies visit the campus for recruitment, including top IT firms, core companies, and startups. The placement cell is very supportive and conducts regular training sessions on aptitude, coding, communication skills, and interview preparation, which helps students become industry-ready. A good number of students get placed every year with decent salary packages, and some also receive higher packages depending on their skills. Internships are also provided, which give us exposure to real-world projects. Overall, the college offers strong placement support and motivates students to work hard and achieve their career goals.
