passed min. 3 years Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) from an institution recognized by BTEUP subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted
MIET's infrastructure for biotechnology is solid. The labs are well-furnished with the instruments you actually need, centrifuges and incubators etc. classroom are clean, airy and projector-enabled. The library is stocked with both textbooks and research journals, including international editions.
The college is well-maintained and has different buildings for different courses. There are well-equipped labs for practical classes, and the library also has study material based on courses. There is Wi-Fi in certain areas, and the canteen also provides good food. The hostel facilities are average, and students do not prefer staying on-campus.
