The campus infrastructure is strictly average. Regular lectures and lab sessions happen consistently. While the coursework covers foundational concepts well, students looking to specialize or gain industry-level practical exposure will need to put in extra self-study.

On-campus placements are definitely a weak area. Few companys visit the campus, and most companies that do arrive offer entry-level packages or limited roles. If you want a solid start in the software or core engineering sector, you cannot rely entirely on campus drives—you will need to actively prepare off-campus through platforms like LinkedIn, hackathons, and personal projects.

The college has good campus and the facilities are enough for our regular studies and We have classrooms, labs, a library and other basic facilities and I personally find the labs useful during practical classes and my college infrastructure is not perfect, but it is comfortable for day to day college life and few areas could be upgraded and maintained better

Academics have been a normal experience for me so far and my faculty members conduct classes regularly and most teachers are approachable if we have doubts and We also practical sessions along with theory classes and some subjects take more effort to understand, so self study is important and I think more practical examples and project work would make learning more interesting

My college provides placement opportunities and students get updates about companies and recruitment drives and there are also some sessions related to aptitude tests and interviews and in my opinion, students should start preparing their technical and communication skills early instead of depending completely on college training and more internships and opportunities from different companies too be helpful

My campus life has been fairly comfortable and I have enjoyed getting to know my classmates and making new friends and College is not only about classes, and the interactions with other students are also a good part of the experience and there are some activities during the year, but I would like to see more clubs, events, competitions and student programs

Overall, I am satisfied with my college experience so far and I am still learning how to manage academics, practical work and other responsibilities together and my college has given me opportunities to learn new things and meet different people and I would especially like to see more internships, workshops, projects and industry interaction

Ofcourse University of Hyderabad has a good name in infrastructure and facilities. It is a 2200 acre vast campus surrounded by greenery and has decent infrastructure. Numerous hostels to accommodate students, classrooms with smart boards and wifi, labs with all the needed equipments, sports centres etc.
Academics
I am studying the course of Mathematical Sciences under the programme of Integrated Master of Sciences. At comparision with other central universities, the quality of teaching is pretty good at UoH and also the curriculum is updated and good for the students future
Placements
The quality of placements at University of Hyderabad is something that needs not to be discussed. Government universities gives a subsidized education but not jobs and placements. It is obvious and everyone knows it.

Placement rate is almost nil as there is no company who come in campus to hire the students in the campus there are very less departments and students who get placements in the college and there is no placements.

The college's infrastructure is good but I feel like it needs to be improved because the students expects more nowadays. As I'm doing economics we dont have much lab work so i dont know about it. College has good facilities for girls washrooms has sanitary pads, all medical facilities are provided. Wifi access is good. Library is a good source of resource.

I'm studying BA economics and i took it because i liked economics in my senior secondary classes why i choossed stella is because the college is very well known for my course. Department is a bit strict teaching methods may not be okay for everyone. Yes curriculum always gets updated and yes it makes us job ready.

College is very well known for our placements good companies like barclays, deliotte ISB comes in and students gets placed, as fas as i know they are really good packages around 11-12LPA for a fresher. Placement cell is a bit strict but actually very supportive.

College has really great events and programmes conducted by students union with full enthusiasm everyone gets involved. All regional festivals and Christmas are celebrated with full josh. They bring in celebrities for annual day and intra collegiate programmes.

Quality of placements in this college is good compared to other colleges. The training and placement cell is very activeand supportive. Around 70-8-% students of each batch get placed every year. Highest package offered was 14 LPA and lowest is 4 LPA.
