At first I want to say about the library , the library of this college is large and standard . All the classrooms are big and clean . The laboratories are well maintained and have all the necessary equipments . There is no hostel facility available in this college . But you can stay here in mess or as paying guest service. In every floor of this college , washroom for male and also for female available . The whole campus is under free WiFi service . The canteen is not large but hygienic .

I am studying Electrical Engineering here . The quality of teaching is very good . All the faculties are very good and they are friendly to share our problems with them .And Yes , the campus is updating in every year and lots of new things are added in the curriculum . Yes , it's make me job ready because the faculties are well and they helps us in every difficulties in our life and the college arrange a lot of seminar and workshops in final year .

Every year the percentage of placed students are changing in a way which is increasing each and every year . Almost 65% to 70% students get placement every year . Average salary package offered to the placed students is near about 5 lakh to 7 lakh per year . Yes , the placement process is easy , and the college authority and all the faculties are very helpful in the process of placement .

I can't describe the colleges campus life in words because this is a great part of my life , it gives me a lot of things . There are two play ground for all type of sports activities . There are few clubs for sports , cultural , technical activities . The location is pleasant because within 20 minutes there is Garia metro station and within 5 minutes there is Sonarpur railway station . Yes , the campus is safe and ready to handle any type of emergencies .

Jadavpur University is one of the best government engineering colleges in India. Its college infrastructure is very good.Classrooms are clean , Laboratories have enough number of equipment, libraries have more than enough books.There is free Wi-Fi available in the campus.Foods in the college canteen is hygienic and tasty.

As mentioned earlier it is one of the best colleges.Most of the professors here are IITians.They possess very good quality of teaching.Our curriculum is very much updated with time.The Syllabus is GATE friendly and it makes us ready for job placement.

Placements in Jadavpur University is very good.In 2020 one of the students got 65 LPA package and the average placement statistics was nearly about 8 LPA. Placement process is much easier than other colleges.

From my college there are maximum no of selection in IES,It means the maximum students here prepare for IES.For Cs/It many companies visit the college and a package of 10 lpa is given by Adobe which was Also published in newspaper and then comes mining engineering,Mbm is one of the best mining college in india,The average package for mining is around 6-7 lpa .Many students are also selected in gate in last few years.

Infrastructure of my college is very good. The library is very good, all necessary books regarding course curriculum are present. All laboratories have all kind of facilities and the instruments are well-maintained. Class rooms are nicely decorated. A play ground is also there inside the college. College canteen is very clean. I'm a in B.Tech student and my stream is Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering. In my department the teachers are experienced and very helpful. The course curriculum is well designed by the experienced faculties teaching Computer Engineering under Mumbai University. Recently, their has been changes in the curriculum so as to meet industrial needs. There are 2 unit tests of 20 marks each carried out, one is after 30-40% syllabus gets covered, the next is during term end. Final semester exams of 80 marks take place after practical and oral exams. Faculty is good.
