Good infrastructure . The classrooms are spacious and the living spaces are clean and tidy. The surroundings are clean too. The canteen has good quality food which is available to the students at reasomnable prices

I am studying MBA Finance and Marketing .We have dual speacialization so that we can learn both courses and don't stick to one course . The quality of education is very high .Our cirriculum is updated every year so that the students get the knowledge to fight with the real world. Yes our study makes us job ready.
Placements
Our college students get placed in INFOSYS , HCL , AMAZON and many different companies. 85% students get placed every year in the college. The remaining ones either begin with a start up or go for further studies in foreign universities. The average salary offered here is 20 lac per annum.

Placement is not as much good. The college highly achive 10% placement as a job of marketing representative (MR) that is not make a good for the students and they not have any good type of recruitment company.

The infrastructure is very good for us and our hostel and classrooms are well maintained. There is sometimes issue of water and electricity, mess food is fine, the library is awesome. The wifi is an issue at times.

The curriculum is up to date. Professors cab be cooperative if one is willing to reach up to them and ask for advice. They have become strict with the attendance lately. The institute is known for being one of the oldest in India for economic reasearch.

The placement cell is active. Although the placements have not gone very high last year and this year as of yet. The packages offered are average, and the ratio of placement is yet to be observed and seen
Campus Life
The location is a prime location in Pune, although a bit expensive. There are treks all around, greenery and a lot of people. Good if you can use it well. The location is safe, close to the railway station of Pune, hence easily reachable.

Faculty members are very knowledgeable and behave behaviour as a family member. Faculty members know the interest of students. The HOD consider all the students complaint regarding faculty and they take action on that. The curriculum as per the standard guidelines.

In the college approximately 70 % of students placed, but some students may not be able to qualify the interview round because it is very hard to crack down. There are many good companies come for the placement.

Infrastructure is good and worth living. It have all the labs and basic materials and it can handle any emergencies. The campus is well furbished and air centralized. It have all the sports facility and grounds are big. Food is hygienic but compromises in taste.

Academics is worse I don't understand what the teacher is talking the lectures are boring and should focus on practical knowledge. Any student can pass the examination if they study just for a week before exams. Academics should be more priority which isn't in this college.
Placements
If we talk about placements it's not what you expect it to be. You will only get a package of around 3-5 LPA but if you're extraordinary student you can take 10 LPA. Not all MNCs visit mostly bulk recruiter companies visit our college.
Campus Life
Campus life is adequate and pleasant. It is enjoyable and fun. Events is the only thing the take it for serious. Fests are also glorious like many celebrities do visit our college and if you have friends which you will have here you will enjoy a lot.

i am student of Mining Engineering. A very reputed dept at IIEST , has its base to be the oldest mining dept of the country with the best faculty. IIEST laid the foundation of mining engg at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad back in the 1927. The dept is always up do date in terms of curriculum and include all kinds of teaching aids from the lasted software to healthy in class teaching.
Placements
The placement of Mining Engg is really good compared to all other colleges in the country.PSUs like CIL used to visit the campus but as now all the PSUs intake via gate has left it mark but still companies like, TATA STELL,VEDANTA,JMS,GAINWELL,DMT,IT Companies, etc recruit majority of the mining engineers where Tata Stell offers the most handsome package around 14lpa. These companies also offer many internships and PPO if u do well.The average salary stands arounds 9lpa which is quite decent.

Quality of teaching in 1st semester is bad that assistant professor don't have sufficient knowledge to teach. But that is the reality every college of India, including other IIITs, NITs and IITs too. So you don't have any option.

just descent on campus placement. But students are doing great in off campus placement. Faculties are supportive at all. If you will plan something for the betterment of the college then also the first one to oppose you will be the college administration

Senior Junior bonding is the best thing here. You are not allowed after 10 PM to go outside but that is just formality. Because who do not like breaking rule. there was also Tendua reported in college in past.
