Though we are going through online classes but teachers are hard working and they try their best to get best output from students. My college Sri Venkateswara (south campus) is one of..the best .college of India and after 1st year 1 get to know why is it so. ... The teachers are so inspiring and hardworking.

Not enough chances to get placements for a science background student .. but yes, if you excel in your academics as well as internship... You have a great chance to get placed after your Master's......

As I'm a 2020 batch student so i didn't get a chance to live my campus life and to explore how beautiful it is . But yes hope that within few months when situation is good i will get a chance ... ....

Infrastructure is good but no more development is being done . Fields are not up to the mark. No maintenance or very little maintenance work is being done. Many amenities are not available. so it good but not great.

Professors are good as well as the teaching quality. Many professors have a corporate background so it helps in business administration studies . Academics was good In my opinion.Quality of education was good.

Placements and internships are not available mostly in undergrauation.many companies visited the campus offering but didn't have much interest in undergraduates. They were mostly coming for the mba people.

Nearly every students get placed who is eligible.The highest package is nearly about 30 lakhs and average 5lpa generally computer engineering students get highest package than rest of the fields. Teacher helps throughout the placement drive and it is very unpleasant.

Classrooms are of an old model. There is no wifi or any internet type available in our department. The library in our college is an ideal place for reading and contains many study material for every subject. The college campus has large ground for sports activities. The living spaces is clean and food is hygienic.

I'm studying bcom because I have interest in this course. The quality of teaching here is nice. The teachers are very cooperative and hardworking. Yes, the curriculum is updated and include all the recent developments in the field. Yes, my study makes my job ready.

Placement in our course are 100% for our batch. Students got placed in very well known pharma companies like cipla, Glenmark, dabou india ltd. Etc. 90% of students were placed. The highest salary package offered is Rs. 60,000. In MBA course. The average salary offered is Rs. 30,000. The placement process is easy and pleasant for me. Yes, our college is supportive.

Campus Life is very nice. Faculty members of our college is very helpful and we were highly satisfied with their support during our academics or co curricular activities. There are various activities in which students are participating like music, debate,dance any many more. The teachers are helpful and thier way of teaching is very good and descriptive . It's location is good and safe .it handle all the emergencies.

No Doubt. Infrastructure available at Amu is at par with all other higher level institutions in India. WiFi, Quality Food, Electricity, Cleanliness, Medical Service, Access to Market, Everything is commendable.

To be very honest. There are certain departments where quality of education is not good. These departments varies from faculty to faculty. In my department, a lot of improvement needs to be done. Academic and Non-Academic Staffs don't cooperate generally and their support system is very weak. Everyone wants to put his work on other's shoulder. University should find out these departments and must take serious steps to reform them.
Placements
Placement is little tough at Amu. There is a common cell placement which is super active but lacks support from varsity as well as the corporate market. The placement cells at department level are almost dead.

It's good.. WiFi availablity is kinda poor. Hostel facility isn't upto the mark though. But the cafeteria and stationary is the best thing you find here. Regarding AC facility that too is only upto the mark.

Academics is good. They will ask you to engage in many seminars which enhance and boost up the knowledge. Rest events and all are too organized according to the planner. I belong to CSE, personally saying they will focus more on syllabus not on development.

Overall placements are roundabout 5 lpa. Each student will be placed here. Average CTC goes 3.5-5 lpa. Rest all depends on your efforts. The more you burn yourself, the more you will earn. It all about how much you invest.

You will experience a good campus life here. As there are big gardens around all the three blocks. And a beautiful view from top of the building. Library too is very good. Different sort of activities will boost you up.

Since online class, we haven't experienced the campus life.But from the seniors we got to know that the campus life is so good. The technical and cultural fests like Ragam and Tatva is so nice.The location of campus is kattangal , Kozhikode and the entire 300acres is a reserved forest and the place is so nice and safe.

Experience was good but we cannot say their is no scope of improvement, there is scope for improvement, many things were way beyond the expectations but there were things which were not good at all, so it depends individual to individual, likes and dislikes.

The studies were also all theories, most of the subjects were totally theories, there is no learning in them, we have to just learn and learn all of them, but yes 1-2 subject professor's were really fantastic for giving the learn which is practical learning and we do connect to the theory part with the learning from practical one.

Placement part is average, as I needs improvement. One is having some expectations for the future, if they does not meet, it is always hurts for the rest of the life and in the current situation the support was not given as required to many for the placements.

The faculties are very helpfull and they are highly educated.they never hesitate to cralify any doubts you can really rely on them . I'm a student who joined during the pandamic and believe me our clg gave us the opportunity to perform the practicals in e lab which was not even provided to the student of other renowned institute.

The placements are great ..they assure 100%placement and top recruiters visit KIIT every year. Ifs you are in CSE OR IT you are the luckiest one ..then if you are electronics, you will get the opportunity to get in core companies .the placement in mechanical is good.but in civil its is the same as of other colleges not so good. But in kiit you will get the benifit that you can sit in the placement interview of any company irrespective of your branch..so all the best

It's good but if you compare it with the life shown in movies you are wrong your days will pass in the class and nights will pass completing your homework...but you will feel free and relaxed in the campus. And also it's a ragging free campus(every one is highly monitored)

Majority of subjects were covered by guest lecturers but they were domain expert and really helped with all round development of a student as a professional..

Placements are good in some branches there is some placements for students who score exceptionally good marks. Placements is not good as there is no special cell, departm6or club for placements in the college.

College is designed in a very simple and attractive way. They provide all the facilities there and make you wonder how a campus can be so beautiful. Security guard are always there on the gate which provides security and safety. Hostel students aren't allowed to exit the hostel after evening. Libraries are also very wonderful and provides a very good environment to study. Classrooms and washrooms are also very clean and hygienic.

Many companies visit our college so you don't need to apply for off campus placements as you will get your dream company inside the campus. They are doing the job to invite as many companies as possible very well. Highest package last to last year was 45 lakhs which is really nice.

Poor, You will never know where the college began and where it ended. Most of the lab equipment are faulty especially the ones in the electronics and the physics department. However, workshops, fluid dynamics lab and chassis lab are not that bad. But, NO auditorium, For anyone who disagrees, Vivekanand Audi is no better than a classroom.
Academics
Fairly good, there is always a teacher that is there to listen to your problems. I have faced teachers who motivate you to the fullest and help you in your endeavors but there will be some who will ask you to mug up the things or else you will fail. The college never stops you from pursuing your ideas but it never helps you. Various guest lecture and some medium level workshops are OK. It is the projects that help you grow.
Placements
If you are good enough you will definitely get placed. If not, Infosys, TCS and HCL are waiting. If you still don't get placed, you know that you have wasted 4 years of your life that are not going to come back with a whole lot of money. Up until now, 75% students in the top branches get placements in core companies including RND sector. But placements will be tougher in the coming years as there is a sharp increase in the number of students in every branch with every passing year.

Sorry UPES, but this is the one thing that you are really bad at. UURJA and Ignite are nowhere near any technical event that you hope for. The reason is that college never motivate the students to actively participate. Instead, if you have curt teacher, you might be threatened to get debarred. Yes, 75% attendance is must. There is also a cricket tournament which is actually good.

Labs are a big mess here as the college is always in a hurry to plan one construction after another. They should have structured the building in a good way. Equipment don't work in labs but I must say that cleaning is good. Halls, Auditoriums, Classes, Cafes are always clean. So, no compromise with the hygiene.

The biggest problem is that the college administration seems careless and indifferent towards any of these problems and if things will continue in a similar manner, I don't see the college surviving in the long run. Regarding attendance they are always on flip flop between manual and card punching system of UPES. Some faculty debars students based on online attendance some based on manual attendance. In nut and shell if you are attending classes then also you can be debarred.
Placements
After another year at the college, the only thing that I can say is that this college is going down to the grave. The number students in most branches has increased, The college management does not seem capable enough to deal with this increasing number of students. The condition has worsened to such a level that the college is not able to provide decent internships to the students of almost all the branches, let alone the placements. You are expected to be grateful to get an placement here.

In many cases after the semester is ended there is always a course or lab which is not conducted throughout the semester and you still manage it proudly. Great managements. I don't claim all but 80% faculties of UPES are worthless. Neither they know how to teach nor how to handle students. They will force you to spend full 2 hours in a lab which is not fit for spending 15 minutes also. They start any course without any on ground preparation just because we fool students take admission in that.

Practical implementation of the theory subjects, basic tools like excels etc are not taught which are very important for the future job perspective. Students are not given enough exposure in terms of the future job roles and areas

Placements are average, variety of profiles and proper education and placement portals is not there, Highest salary package was around 10lc. The variety and choice in profiles for the commerce students were missing, very limited profiles were called for the placements
