College Infrastructure
yah facilities are there but are used less as we only have ac's in our labs only and not in classes. Overall it's good and wifi is also there but speed is remain an issue. We don't have smart boards but a white board only in classes.
Academics
It's average.like due to online classes we hardly get time to discuss our problems with professors and also in offline mode too this problem arise. Theoretical knowledge is not enough so we need to focus on practical problems too.
Placements
It depends on ones hardwork.Every one gets placed at the end. One must attend TPP classes for better performance during their placement process. Do some interships and gain knowledge from surroundings.

Iem has 3 buildings and is a also considered a very good college in Kolkata and West Bengal. The labs are really good, with AC's in classrooms. The faculties are really experienced and teachers us from basic to the very advanced levels. It has a pretty clean campus with lush green trees and the canteen is preferred by almost all of us for it's nice and quality food items.

I am pursuing by BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. The curriculum is thoroughly updated and it makes us efficient enough and job ready. The quality of education is extremely good here.

IEM is excellent in terms of placements . It is the best private college and is considered among the top colleges In West Bengal . The students has excellent placements and packages at the end of their courses with almost 80-85% of the batch getting placed with the highest salary from Ece is 13 lpa ctc and average ranges from 5-6 lpa.

It has a not so big campus but still one can enjoy here none the less. The best features are the cafeteria and the ground. The worst being the campus is small and everything here is very packed up. The students, teachers and seniors are friendly and helpful. The location is at prime Salt Lake, it's an IT hub in kolkata. And it is absolutely safe and handles the emergencies very well .
