Batch of 2016 | B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering
1. infrastructure is v.good- campus, campus safety, facilities are good. 2. faculty- some are really good. & some are really bad 3. college is affilated to MAKAUT( FORMALLY WBUT)- 4years- 8 semesters each semester depends upon 70% written exam by the board. & 30% is given by the college. 4. placements are not at all good. only 25% of the b.tech batch(about 700) are placed in on campus recruitment. 5. hardly 4-5 companies come for recruitment. & rest all are pool campus recruitments conducted in kolkata.

My college has a nice infrastructure with well-equipped labs. The hostel facility is satisfactory, with as much security as needed. The mess food is not so good but it's not that bad as well. The faculty members are fully qualified and very supportive to each and every student.

College is good overall. The infrastructure is nice, labs are well equipped, and faculties are helpful. However, improvement is needed in the placement front. Also the hostel facility needs to be improved. If you are a non-vegetarian, please opt out of staying from hostel as only veg foods are provided there.

Batch of 2011 | B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering
> good environment to learn > faculties are good and friendly > good infraustructure. > good campus placement (but only service oriented companies) >great friends and enjoyed a lot together. Scope of Improvement > should motivate the students on higher studies than only campus placement > should bring the product based companies.
