There are libraries which provide us books and the hostel students at any point of time can go and study there. Smart boards and wifi facilities are available within the college campus. The food provided by the canteen is very hygienic. Labs are well equipped with all the necessary modern equipment. Hostels are well furnished and clean.

IEM especially provides language laboratory for students to help them improve their vocabulary skills. I am persuading B.tech in CSE from IEM. The teachers are quite qualified and very helpful. The first and second year are under MAKAUT hence the syllabus is updated in my department. Yes the quality of education that we get here and the regular lab classes make us job-ready.

The quality of the placement is A grade. From CSE and IT department the placement 100%. The highest placement is 12 Lpa in core branch and 8-9 lpa in other branches. The teachers help us a lot before and during placement by taking test and small internal interviews sessions.

Due to lockdown we could not attend offline classes but the seniors are very friendly and helpful. The college conducts various cultural, traditional, as well as tech fests were students can participate and show their skills. There are many clubs like quiz, rotary , photography, singing etc, the students spend a gala time over there and make new friends.

We have joined in 2018 in this college as the first batch of biotechnology department. The college infrastructure was very good. The buildings are well decorated and classrooms are also good, but the labs were not well equipped during our first semester so we have faced a lot of problems that time. Afterwards the labs became well developed and well equipped but unfortunately due to this pandemic ,we couldn't even attend our labs.

Apart from our biotechnology department faculties ,other department faculties also taken our classes like chemistry dept., computer dept., BCA dept. and all the faculties are very much helpful in academic matters. There are also soft skill classes are held that helped to prepare one for job related group discussions and interviews.

From our department apprx. 50% people got placed in different places in India. But apart from two or three reputed companies other companies offered very less amount salary as they are freshers. Due to the pandemic situation most of the campus drive were held on online mode.

Our college campus is full of greenary and eco friendly .The buildings are well decorated. There is one canteen for lunch and one food court is also there ,but some food items are not good in quality. There are many extra curricular activities to perform like tree plantation, poster making etc. Location is in kajipara, It is completely safe and there is bus and auto facilities available all the time.

The infrastructure of the college is quite good.classrooms are pretty neat n clean n all facilities are provided. We have amazing laboratories n a big library.As we're in online mode so I'm not residing in hostel, but I've heard from my friends that it's pretty good.we have a mess that provides good food(although aloo n dal is mostly cooked?) n you get fruits as well. But in hot summers, residing in hostel is not easy as they don't have AC's but if you can manage then not a big deal.

I'm studying history Hons n i must say I've the best teachers of the country. The efforts they put n the teaching techniques they use ,make you love the course. Tbh the teachers put more efforts than students n they are always ready to help each n every student. All the recent updates regarding the subject are shared with us. in this online mode when it's a bit difficult to understand everything that's being taught to us, they conduct weekly tutorials with different groups for clearing doubts.

The placement cell is quite active. In this online mode, various webinars n such events are conducted for the same. The college societies are very helpful for this. N yeah various students from our college have got quite good placements. So overall it's good.

yes, the biotech dept. of the Brainware University is equipped with necessary lab equipment. The classrooms and toilets are also cleaned regularly. The college also provide WiFi zone, but, the WiFi range is weak and limited. The BWU has one canteen and one food court; both are clean and hygienic. Although, the foods from the food court are little bit costlier. BWU also has separate boy's and girl's hostel inside the campus. The boy's hostel also include a sport center.

I am studying in B.Sc Biotechnology (H) from BWU. From my perspective, the quality of teaching is average. But, the curriculum is updated and also includes subjects like communication, soft skill, entrepreneurship etc. BWU also teaches aptitude and soft skill along with main curriculum which helps us to be job-ready. Although, I chose for higher study (M.Sc Biotechnology) from BWU; my other classmates (whose chose for placement) got placed (above 50 %) already.

As I said earlier, the placement is outstanding from BWU. We are the 1st batch of biotech from BWU. If the placement dept. brought many companies for our batch, so you can imagine what can be possible in the upcoming times. BWU teaches Aptitude and Soft Skill separately which helps us to be job-ready. Above 50 % students (who registered for placement) got placed. And the highest salary package was 3.5 lakh/ annum.

Our campus is located in Barasat. Many of my great, memorable memories are related with the BWU like attending seminar, national and international conference with friends, classmates and juniors,( mass bunking )and many more, the list goes on. Most of the teacher and support staff very co-operative. I learned so my things which are outside from my academy from my beloved teachers. I have only complain related to location is the traffic jam due to the rail gate.

Our college has an active placement cell which drives many companies to on/off campus for recruitment till the course end.Even in this pandemic,placements went good and still going.About forty five-fifty percent of students were placed in our course. The highest package was 4.5LPA & the lowest package was 1.5LPA. The placement cell is always active, any student can seek help from them anytime.

The campus is surrounded with so much greenary. Connected with strong WiFi connection, but with limited data per day.Also facilitated with an ATM of IDBI Bank, which is certainly convenient for transactions. Worst feature can be its location, otherwise I find everything good.The best thing about our college is there is no ragging on-campus. Being a hosteler, I enjoyed campus life with friends and roaming and enjoying the moments.

Com you can also study for competitive exams because it has main exams only once a year which makes it a little better than the other courses to opt for if you go for bank Or CAT exams. The teachers teach really well. Question mostly everyone in the class and pay attention to every child. Because of this a person gets knowledge of every subject which will be very useful for the job.
