The infra is quite good for a uni located in the hills. If you arent a mountain person, you would have to face quite a lot of problems like motion and altitude sickness but with time you will love it. The ambience here is great.

Curriculum isnt updated and hence, studies arent that great. Many good faculties have left the college but yes you do get a few labs. If you want to learn something good then you need to do it alone from various other websites, the campus do provide you with Coursera and EDx coupons do.
Placements
It is very disspointing, talking about the core brances some leading companies dont come but its not the same for biotech or pharma. A few giants like nestle and panacea but then its only in the food and R&D department.

We have small fests almost every weekend and well its the mountains so there are a lot of places for trekking and hiking

I don't know why but this college clean that they have 100% of placement for the student but no one from my batch are place in any company, they always struggle to find the job in fact they also struggle to find a any internship company.

The college 'campus' is pretty is pretty much non existent. They lack any sports facilities, hostels and have a very tiny campus. But what all they do have is top notch. The classes, smart boards, and labs are great. In addition, they also have great facilities for BA(JMC) students. The print journalism lab, the audio visual recording room and the radio room are amazing and not available in many top colleges.

The curriculum is well updated and topics/programs that are in use in modern times are given priority. Teachers are also up to date with the modern syllabus and teach you extra handy information for surviving in the rat race ahead.

I'm still a 1st year so I don't know much about placements but from what I've heard from my seniors its pretty decent for a newbie. You can get anywhere from 3L-6L per annum. Of course a lot of it depends on your overall performance throughout the 3 years and how well you do in the interview.

I'd say the 'on campus' life ain't much but they still deliver basic 'campus life'. They might not have the required facilities but they make up for it by conducting them in different locations. Fests, Freshers part, farewell party, trips and such are conducted from time to time and they are pretty good.
