As a 2nd year electronics and communication student ,i would say teachers are well qualifies with most of them phd holders and from various IITs .Most of the efforts students have to put by themselves but teachers are always there to help you . Placement of the college is descent not so good . Its good for CSE ISE and ECE branches .Majority of the students in this department gets placed. Average package is about 3.5-4.5 lakh. No such core companies comes to the college. Its better than many other colleges in Bangalore.

Miranda has fairly decent infrastructure, and the gardens and lawn spaces are very beautiful. The newly built science building is by far the most modernized and efficient in functioning. The library is well-managed and peaceful, and older classrooms are well-maintained too. The WiFi services can be a problem at times, but that is true for most colleges. There are three canteens, varying in affordability - so you can take your pick! Most people swear by Pam Cafe!

The sky is so vivid that one can see all the constellations. Food is not very tasty, basic mess food. But most students cook using induction, as and when required. The campus beach is very close.

I feel that my curriculum is pretty up-to-date but there are some parts that need to be included like more emphasis on LGBTQ studies.
