Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Admission Details

State Level Common Entrance Test TS-EAMCET conducted by the State Government 70% seats filled by the State Government (Convener EAMCET)–Category A 30% seats filled under Management Quota: Category B 15% and NRI Category 15%.
Fee Structure is same for both Category A & Category B Seats. Fee Structure for NRI Seats is different and it will be as per the GO issued by TS Govt.
Lateral Entry for Admission in to 2nd Year: State Level Common Entrance Test TS-ECET conducted by the State Government. Seats will be filled by TS-ECET Convener.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is well maintained with greenery around . There is a parking slot for lecturers and students as well.Everything is just right in this college . Department also encourage us to participate in sports .

Mgit is a skill building college.

Yeah, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of technology has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment.The facilities in our classrooms, laboratories, libraries,sports centres and hostels also with high speed Wifi. The living spaces clean and hygiene food.
