Although having a small campus of 32 acres colleges manages to provide each and every facilities to students.College do have their good library , study room , big classrooms , hostels and all are in running conditions.The campus is really good.
Academics
As per my concern College is good if you're going in CS-IT branch. Academic section is good here.All the faculties are well educated and have good understanding knowledge, their behaviour is also good toward students.
Placements
Placement is on average side here.TCSs and other tech geek companies comes and takes placement venture but for core it is negligible. Around 3-7 lpa packages fell around and you will be great if you will be in CS branch.
Campus Life
Green campus and Kolkata weather makes all thing clear that you're going to enjoy your life , hostel nights , tech feat cultural festival are something you're going to enjoy too much here. Best wishes from my sides.

Sastra University has nine boys hostels and six girls hostels. Also, this University has a Moot court, Cafeteria, Gym, Hospital, Wifi campus, Shuttle service, Auditorium, and also Convenience store.

I'm studying B.tech ECE department. The reason for joining the course is ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION branch student will get job easily in both public and private sector. The curriculum is updated so that students can be involved in researching, designing, developing, testing electronic equipment used in various systems and broadcast systems.

Sastra Placement Percentage is 70%. This college has an average package of 9.3 LPA. Highest Packages of 28.5 LPA. Lowest Package of 3.6 LPA. These details provided as per the 2020 placement highlights. In a year average of 2400+ students are placed.

The quality is pretty decent not too high nor too low..the percentage of students getting placed is also decent and the companies offering jobs are well equipped and ready to teach the students to grow..

I am studying in btech in Branch of information technology and the quality of teaching in my college are good . Yes, I think our curriculum is updated and include all recent developments in the field. The study is good but I don't think it make me job ready but I try very hard

There is average quality of placement at our college. I think there are 75% of students were placed by my college. The highest salary package is offered is 17 lach. The average salary offered is 13-15 lach. The placement process is not easy but our college give support in every Field from coding ,game to placement

My college campus best feature is that we get a great facilities in our college everything is on time and there is much more club that organize much more event. In one event Aman dhattarwal also visit. Student are engage in every activity like coding challenge, hackathon, cricket, etc . Our college student, teacher and support staff like that all students can participate in coding challenge and also get selected in good company .GGITS are founded in tilwara ghat , jabalpur No and its safe.

College is not very rich in terms of infrastructure. it just have a main academic block and other departmental buildings. many departments are merged into one building on floor wise basis. classroom have blackboard system. smart board is not available. basic laboratories facilities are present but don't expect high-end equipments. Hostels are just formality. Very few students stay in hostel. Most of the students opt for PG. Upto 2020 canteen was not running. I hope it should be running now.

I was the student of BSc. Teaching was good but not great. Only HOD are top notch faculty. others are just to do the job. curriculum is updated and it comply with recent developments. classes are regular. my course (BSc) is not a job oriented so I would not comment on jobs but I would say they taught me well that I was able to crack national level entrance exam CUCET without external support & now I am in Central University Rajasthan pursuing MSc. CURAJ is one of the best university in India.

placement are decent if you pursue any technical course like diploma, BTech etc. Other courses dosen't provide placements. you can expect top 20% of all discipline will be placed in any company. monthly salary ranges from 25000-40000.

College campus is good. buildings are new. badminton courts are there. students engage in different activities like Freshers party, farewell party, sports & plays. Worst feature of the campus is that you can't stay after classes. Students are mostly from local areas and friendly. Teachers are good, they don't burden you with so many tasks. Staffs are decent, they will listen to your concern. fee payment on time is necessary, they seldom respond to your request for delayed payments.

Academics was very good in our college. All our law professors were helpful and had wider understanding in the field of law. I had a great interest in law and so, I choosed this field and this had made me job-ready.

Placement opportunities are provided in the college but not in wider range. It was little bit difficult at that time to get those placement and for law course, not much placement opportunities were given.

The students, teachers and support staff all are very helpful and friendly. It is located near shahdara metro station and is safe and easy to travel.

HOd department is not co-operative. Faculty is nice but syllabus is not totally updated. We wanted to have more practical knowledge. We have very few practical subjects in civil engineering. Except surveying I don't remember a subject well studied in practical aspects.

Covid has hampered our placement scenario. Civil engineering students did not get a chance for sitting for placements. All companies such as TCS CTS and torrent are all Electrical based companies. Max 5 students got placed.

The faculty are very well experienced and guide you well.

The placements are good enough. The average is around 5 LPA, and the highest is 15 LPA. According to last year, 80% were placed. These were the stats of cse students. The placement process from the college side is guided enough, but at the end of the day, it depends upon the fresher job market.
