Labs here are genuinely useful. Unlike some colleges where labs are just for show, here we actually work on the equipment. The computer lab has good systems with updated software. The campus overall looks clean and well planned. Happy with my decision to choose this college.
Academics
Some professors are outstanding and really passionate about teaching. A few could improve their engagement style but overall the academic quality is above average. The curriculum is broad enough to give good exposure. Guest lectures from industry people happen regularly which adds a lot of practical value to learning.
Placements
The placement cell brings in a decent variety of companies across IT, core, and management sectors. It's not just one type of recruiter. I was from a non-CS branch and still got placed in a tech company because of the skill development programs run by the placement team. Happy with how it went.

the placement and terracing as for btech students is modern. placement for the campus range between 5 lpa to 12 lpa max. the need be improvement in the placement and training guide for the secure future of the students

Infrastructure is poor. The college has only one old building and classrooms are very basic. There are no proper speakers or modern teaching facilities in classes. Overall environment feels outdated and needs improvement compared to other good colleges.

Academics at Vanijya Mahavidyalaya are average. There are not enough regular faculty, so many classes are irregular. The syllabus follows university rules but teaching is mostly theoretical. Students need self-study for competitive exams and professional courses to understand properly.

Placement at Vanijya Mahavidyalaya is very poor. Almost no companies visit the campus and only some local banks come for recruitment. Most students do not get jobs through college and depend on government exams or higher studies for career.

Campus life is bright and vibrant but from the day I took admission in it there's hardly only one program or fest which was held and after that every fest is getting cancelled for no reason. If you're a hosteler and a girl then it's going to be tough for you because there's zero freedom for girls in that campus

There is placement coordinators and they help us in possible way in order to let the students grasp the opportunity to get job and related ideas on how to go about with job interview etc. Workshops, field trips and other educational activities were organised.

Good College with various equipment and infrastructure such as the good library with 15+ books. The College has transportation facilities, the college has good auditorium and separate two high-tech seminar halls with AC equipped and projectors and smart board and 4k white board with interactive panel in all the departmental classrooms.

The Assistant Professors are well experienced in their subject matters. Here we have the best Principal. The teachings methods are very effective and positive. Every year Toppers are coming out from this College in the end semester examination conducted by the NU.

Wow, i would say Salesian College provides the best placement assistants for the students. There is frequently seminars and orientations with workshops conducted which gives a practical learning .In the past recent years, many students were already placed in very high reputed job places like aviation , cruise, management etc.

We have here an auspicious compound full of tress with varieties of fruit trees. We have huge rubber garden. As the campus is big and playground is also huge, various activities were being conducted like tournament, cultural functions etc.

College infrastructure is really, all facilities are there. Campus is a bit small but it's just enough, there are sports facilities, and common rooms for boys and girls, AC equipped classrooms. Library has a good wifi with many options in books. There are smart boards in every classroom. All the living spaces are cleaned and the food is hygienic. Overall a good infrastructure.

I'm studying BBA, I chose this because this seemed a better option than lower tier DU colleges. The faculty to student ratio in a class for a particular subject is 1:60. The curriculum is updated and according to the NEP. There are practicals for every subject so that we know the practical applications of everything. The quality of teaching depends on each professor, most of them are good since they come from elite institutions such as IIMs.
Placements
For placements, it's doing better and in the upcoming years, placements will increase. It's a college that's been opened recently, therefore, it's doing better in placements. Highest package offered was internationally 80lpa and the average package is around 7 lpa. There is training and placement cell which help in training for interviews.

There are no hostels here but there are several pgs nearby. The college is based in Vivek vihar, East Delhi since this is the East Delhi canpus of DTU. The teachers are good and they support us. College life is great. Things are always happening and its good. We can participate in events that happen in main campus and join their societies too. We are a part of the main campus.

Overall it's a very good college, people are really kind here. Ragging doesn't happen. Infrastructure is good. Teachers are also from good backgrounds. Placements will increase by the time we graduate.
